One of my partners and I were doing a workshop last night and it hit me that most people misunderstand what to do to permanently keep weight off.
I ‘ve always heard “eat 5 times a day”… sound familiar? It hit me that the object is to never get to a point of hunger and your body will NOT store fat or energy for a rainy day. That’s the key….
1. NEVER GET TO POINT OF HUNGER. If that takes eating 6x a day, so be it.
Another quick point .
2. FOR EVERY GRAM OF CARBOHYDRATE, EAT 2X THAT IN PROTEIN.
One more and then the rest later.
3. When combining Carbohydrates and Proteins, always take the product “Vegie Zymes”… The problem is the acid level, or Enzymes needed to completely break down the food. When taking “Vegie Zymes”, this problem is solved, it spreads the pH between 2.3 and 8.7… In other words it handles the digestion issue, and decreases if not almost removes, incomplete digested food. This is powerful.
